Regular bail denied to engineer

Patna, Jun 15 (UNI) Special vigilance judge of Patna S P N Singh today rejected the regular bail petition of assistant engineer Hari Kishore Sinha in connection with a bribery case.

Mr Sinha was sent to jail after he was arrested red-handed while receiving Rs 5000 from a contractor to accord technical sanction to the estimate of a road under National Rural Employment Scheme in Saharsa on Jun 13.

He is presently posted at Saharsa.
