ING Vysya to double business in next two yrs
New Delhi, June 15 (UNI) ING Vysya, one of the leading private sector banks in India, today said it will double its business in the next two-three years.
''We plan to expand our business by two-three times in the next two-three years by increasing our bank's liabilities and consumer access,'' ING Vysya Managing Director (India) Vaughn Richtor told UNI on the sidelines of the company's 'Orange Salary Account' launch here.
He said ING will also focus on providing individual housing loans, corporate loans for the emerging corporates, loans for the SMEs and employees working in MNCs, as part of its expansion strategy.
The company at present has 450 branches and 165 ATMs in India, of which 20 branches and 25 ATMs are located in Delhi and NCR.
''We will soon open another seven ATMs in the Delhi-NCR regions in the next three-four months,'' the Bank's Regional CEO (North and East) Sanjeev Kumar Srivastava told UNI.
The company's target customers for the new launch include the high income group employees across corporates in the age group of 25-30 years.
Apart from customer's access to ATMs, Internet banking, customer service line and SMS banking, some of the features of the 'Orange Salary Account' include zero balance account, free international debit card, free unlimited ATM transactions at ING Vysya Bank and 25,000 other bank ATMs, free issue and usage of personalised multi-city cheques and free personal assistance service at select centres.
The new offer was launched by Australian cricket skipper Ricky Ponting.
