Indian flight operations return to normal

Kolkata, Jun 15 (UNI) Flight operation of the national domestic carrier Indian returned to normal in Kolkata with 24 planes taking off as scheduled from the NSCB international airport this morning, according to a spokesman for the airlines.

Indian also operated an extra Port Blair flight that left at 0438 hrs followed by the scheduled flight at 0535 hrs. The extra flight that was operated was cancelled yesterday.

In addition, a special flight also left for Kathmandu taking the passengers who were stranded here after the flight to the Nepalese capital was cancelled yesterday.
