Forrester report puts HCL on top

New Delhi, June 15 (UNI) HCL Technologies, Infrastructure Services Division (HCL ISD), has been cited as a leader in strategy, current offering and reference customer criteria in a report by Forrester Research Inc, an independent research firm.

The report titled -Forrester Wave TM Global IT Infrastructure Outsourcing, Q2 2007 (June 2007) invited select companies to participate in this study, which evaluated leading global IT infrastructure outsourcing service providers (Indian and MNC players) across 31 criteria including reference customer surveys, said a statement.

The report evaluated HCL on a scale of 0 to 5 (5 strong) rating IT as a 4.5 for implementation, 4.29 for account management, 4.11 for service quality and 4.06 for general satisfaction.

The report included 18 similar companies, with HCL receiving the highest score (5) on criteria, such as data centre management services, managed network services and infrastructure management revenue growth.

UNI
