Bayer CropScience sells stake in Polychem

New Delhi, June 15: Bayer CropScience Ltd today said it has sold its stake in Bayer Polychem (India) Ltd unit to Bayer Material Science Pvt Ltd for Rs 3.9 crore.

Bayer Polychem (India) Ltd was the wholly-owned subsidiary of Bayer CropScience Ltd.

The company has sold its shares to Bayer MaterialScience Pvt Ltd based on the valuation report submitted by independent valuers Haribhakti MRI Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, a company statement said.
