3 kg cannabis seized, one arrested

Una, June 15 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Police today claimed to have arrested a labourer after recovering three kg cannabis from his possession.

Nageshwar Mahanto, a resident of Amrapur in Bihar and living in hutments near the railway lines in Malahat village of the district was arrested after police seized the consignment, Una district SP Atul Fulzele said.

The accused has been booked under relevant sections of the NDPS Act, he added.
