Suryachakra Power's public issue opens on June 25

Hyderabad, June 14 (UNI) Suryachakra Power Corporation Limited has got regulatory nod for its public issue of 3,40,00,000 equity shares of Rs ten each at a price band of Rs 17 to Rs 20 per share.

The company had registered for Red Herring Prospectus with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.

The issue would open on June 25 and close on June 29. The Book Running Lead Manager to the issue was SRET Capital Markets Limited, a company release here said today.
