Constable suspended for not joining Naxal training camp

Kendrapada, Jun 14 (UNI) A police constable was suspended for refusing to attend a anti-naxal training camp here.

Kendrapada Superintendent of Police Diptesh Patnaik today said Rajkishore Sethy was suspended yesterday for not attending the camp.

Sethy was selected to attend the anti-naxal training from the district but he he tried to avoid the training by producing a fake medical certificate stating that he was sick.

The SP, who later conducted an inquiry into the incident, found the constable guilty of procuring a false medical certificate.
