Bawaria tribe members held for burgalaries

New Delhi, June 14 (UNI) The police claimed to have busted a gang of Bawaria tribes committing crimes in posh areas of the city today.

The police claimed that members of the community had committed 26 crimes. The police recovered a country-made pistol, live cartridges, two knives, iron roads and a killa specially designed for house breaking from their possession.

Identifiied as Ramdhan, Ghisha Ram, Ram lal, Rattan and Kailash, they had been putting up as balloon sellers in tarpaulin tents in RK Puram sector I, the police said.

The police had discerned a pattern of burgalry and theft.

Some beggars were seen around the places of occurrence. It helped them to develop the little leads they could find.

A special team nabbed five criminals from Deer Park yesterday when they were planning to commit a crime in Hauz Khas.
