4 Lankan fishermen held
Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, June 14 (UNI) The Indian Coast Guard arrested four Sri Lankan fishermen after they strayed into India's territorial waters early today.
Sources here said Sudha (31), Sabestian Francis (55), Kay Anand (52) and John Isthamin (57) of Munnathurai of the island nation left home for fishing.
Due to unfavourable weather conditions, their boat entered the country's waters where a Coast Guard Ship on patrol duty arrested them for entering the country without valid documents.
The fishermen were later handed over to the local police for further investigations.
