2 killed in separate incidents

Muzaffarnagar, June 14 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants shot dead two persons in separate incidents in Bhorakala area here.

Police said Dharam Pal (65) of Jaitpura village was murdered late last night, while he was asleep.

In another incident at Novabad village, miscreants shot dead Krishan Pal of Bagpat.

The reason behind the crimes, however, remained a puzzle.

Investigations were on.
