Tamliz Ahmad is new envoy to UAE: MEA

New Delhi, June 13: Mr Tamliz Ahmad, Director General of India Council for World Affairs, has been appointed as Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.

Mr Ahmad, who succeeds Mr C M Bhandari, is expected to take up his assignment shortly, the foreign office said today.
