Step-father rapes minor girl

Mumbai, June 13 (UNI) A 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her step-father for more then six months at Antop hill in south-central Mumbai.

The girl's mother, in her First Information Report (FIR), said her husband and absconding accused Zakir Hussen Sabulla Khan (38) had repeatedly raped on their 13-year-old step-daughter from the last six months, police said here today.

The matter came to light when the accused tried to rape on the victim at around 0230 hours today. When the girl started crying, complainant got up and asked the reason about her screaming, then she had narrated whole story to her mother.

Thereafter, the complainant took the victim to police station and lodged the complaint against her husband, police added.

Police has registered a case of rape against the absconding accused.
