Simplex Infra bags Rs 1,006.70 cr orders from overseas
New Delhi, June 13 (UNI) Construction company Simplex Infrastructures Ltd today said it has bagged two orders worth Rs 1,006.70 crore in Qatar and Dubai to be completed in two years.
''These two projects from Gulf Cement and Al Mazaya has helped us in strengthening our presence in West Asia. Simplex Infra's order book has crossed over Rs 7,000 crore with over 30 per cent of it comprising the overseas market,'' said Simplex Infrastructures Director Amitabh Mundhra.
The contract received from Gulf Cement Company, Qatar includes various on-shore mechanical, electrical equipment erection, commissioning assistance and civil work for cement plant and is valued at Rs 654.6 crore, a statement said.
The scope of work under the second order, worth Rs 352.10 crore from Al Mazaya Real Estate, Dubai includes execution, construction, completion and rectifying of defects of six independent buildings at Uwan, Dubailand, Dubai.
UNI
