Rs 400 cr residential project in BKC within 2 years

Mumbai, June 13 (UNI) Rs 400 crore residential complex project in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), in which Piramal promoted real estate fund Indiareit pumped in Rs 63 crore last year, will be completed within two years, told Indiareit President Khushru Jijina to UNI.

The project, expected to commence after monsoon, will have 50 flats of 5,000 sq ft each priced in the range of Rs 10-15 crore per appartment.

''Nearly 32 per cent of the floor space has already been sold to the customers and we are expecting a welcome response for the rest of the area also. The complex will be raised in 2.25 lakh sq ft area and is expected to be completed within two years'', said Jijina.

''We were awaiting for clearances from various bodies to execute the project. With all hurdles are cleared now, it will be undertaken in a fast pace.'' he added.

Kamal Khetan's Suntech Group will be the developer of project.
