Governor bereaved, rushes to Delhi

Kolkata, Jun 13(UNI) West Bengal Governor Gopalkrishna Gandhi rushed to Delhi this afternoon on receiving the news of the sudden death of his elder brother, Professor Ramchandra Gandhi.

A grandson of Mahatma Gandhi and well known writer-philosopher, Mr Ramchandra Gandhi was found dead at the India International Centre on Lodhi Road this morning.

Raj Bhavan sources here said all gubernatorial engagements of Mr Gopalkrishna Gandhi had been cancelled for the next two days.
