Madhya Pradesh: Former minister Silawat dead
Khandwa(MP), June 13: Senior Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Minister Hiralal Silawat died here early this morning after he suffered a heart attack during train journey. He was 62.
He is survived by a son.
Mr Silawat suffered heart attack while travelling by train from Bhopal to Khandwa early this morning. He was immediately taken to a local hospital, where he breathed his last, his family sources said.
Mr Silawat was a minister in the Digvijay Singh government.
He will be cremated at Indore this evening, the family sources said.
