Chennai, June 13 (UNI) Exide Industries Limited is all charged up to meet the troubles faced by car owners during monsoons with the launch of its unique 'Bat Mobile' service here in the city.

This latest offering from Exide will ensure trained Exide personnel help those stranded in their cars due to battery breakdown, company release today said.

The service was just a call away and qualified service personnel from Exide will be there in 30 minutes to provide necessary help.

This unique service from Exide aimed to providing support to motorists who, would be, otherwise unable to find timely and convenient help nearby, especially during the monsoons.

Well-equipped Exide vans with latest facilities and manned by trained personnel would be stationed at strategic locations of Chennai, ready to service the stranded cars.

To provide easy access to motorists, Central Communication Centres have been set up with dedicated telephone lines to receive calls from customers.

This service is free of charge and available for motorists from 0700 hrs to 0000 hrs irrespective of the battery brand used in the car.
