Cisco Capital launches 'Easy Lease'

Chennai, June 13: As part of its programme to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and mid-size companies invest in smart data and communications solutions, Cisco Capital today announced the launch of Easy Lease in India.

This innovative financing programme was designed to enable SMBs to adopt state-of-the-art network technology quickly and easily, with minimal initial investment and maximum convenience, a company release here said.

Easy Lease made it simple for SMBs to invest in the information technology they need to grow their businesses. By making payments on a monthly or quarterly basis, SMBs could maintain consistent and balanced operating and capital expenditures, the release said.

Easy Lease offered streamlined lease documentation, flexible payment options and fast turnaround, it added.

According to a recent study by AMI Partners, small and medium-sized businesses in India (those with less than 1,000 employees) were planning to spend more than US dollar eight billion in 2007 to ramp up their IT infrastructure, which represented a robust 24 per cent increase from last year.
