Two die while trying to perform 'tantrik' ritual
Ujjain, MP, June 12 (UNI) Two brothers died when they fell into Kshipra river from a bridge while in the process of a 'tantrik' ritual, police said today.
On the advice of tantrik Asharam, Vinod Yadav was taken by his relatives to Chakrateerth crematorium near Kshipra river for performing a 'tantrik' ritual last night.
He was made to sit before a settled pyre when he started to run and reached the bridge.
His brother Mukesh ran behind him and caught him on the bridge.
Vinod caught his brother tightly and jumped into water from 35 feet-high bridge.
Both died on the spot.
Vinod had contracted typhoid some time back. He had attempted to commit suicide by hanging on June 8.
His relatives took him to tantrik Asharam, who asked them to bring Vinod to the crematorium during night.
Police were searching the tantrik.
