Three arrested for raping minor in Hauz Khas

New Delhi, June 12 (UNI) Police today arrested three people, including a teenager, in connection with the rape of a minor in Hauz Khas area of South Delhi.

Jitendra (18), Anil (25), two 'ball boys' and umpire Nikhil (21) at a lawn tennis court in Africa Avenue were arrested this morning on the basis of the complaint made by the 17-year-old victim, according to a police official.

The girl was allegedly lured by the three and gangraped yesterday morning at the tennis court grounds, he said.

The teenager, who works as a domestic help in Katwaria Sarai under Hauz Khas police station, but presently unemployed, had called the police at about 1810 hrs yesterday alleging that she had been raped.
