Papiya and her maid die of haemorrhage: Autopsy reports

Patna, Jun 12 (UNI) Professor Papiya Ghosh and her maid Malti Devi have died of haemorrhage after being stabbed with a sharp weapons, Dr Pankaj Kumar of Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), who had conducted the post mortem on them, today told the Fast Track court-IV of Judge Mr Omprakash.

Dr Kumar said both the women died of haemorrhage.

He said Papiya Ghosh had sustained injuries at eight places on her body, including on her face, neck and abdomen, while four injury marks were found on the body of her maid.

Papiya Ghosh and her maid were stabbed to death at the residence of the former at Patliputra colony in Patna in December last year.
