Smart showers lower temperature in Bihar

Patna, Jun 11 (UNI) Yesterdays pleasant and welcome rainfall repeated its charm today with smart morning showers in Bihar.

The people of Patna and its neighbouring areas breathed a sigh of relief from the continuous sweltering heat since the past few weeks.

Met officials here reported 7.5 mm of rainfall and predicted more spells of light drizzles in the night.

Met officials here said that the maximum temparature for the day was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius, while the minimum remained at 25.5 degrees Celsius. Relative humidity was recorded at 74 per cent.
