JD(U) leader shot dead in Bihar

Barh, Bihar, June 11 (UNI) Ruling JD(U) leader Vinod Mahto was shot dead by criminals at Pitaunjia village under the Bhadaur police station in Patna district last night.

Police today said the criminals fired indiscriminately at Mr Mahto, killing him on the spot due to an earlier feud.

Raids were on to nab the criminals, police said.
