Physiotherapists go on day's fast

Tiruchirapalli, June 10 (UNI) About 200 physiotherapists, including few women, affiliated to the Forum for Physiotherapists, observed a day's fast to draw the government attention to their ten-point charter of demand, at Puthur here today.

The physiotherapists were demanding among other things wage hike, appointment of physiotherapists in primary health centres and increase in physiotherapists posts in government hospitals.
