TDP launches NRI website

Hyderabad, Jun 9 (UNI) Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu today launched the party's Non-Resident Indian (NRI) website at the party heaquarters NTR Trust Bhavan.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the launching of the website www.nritdp.org was intended to enrol membership of the NRIs living in foreign countries.

The NRIs could get membership of the party by registering their name online and pay 10 US dollars as enrollment fees, the former chief minister said.

Stating that the website would inform the NRIs about the party's welfare activities like blood donation camps, health camps and other social service programmes, he said the site would also help the NRIs to know more about the development programmes taken up and keep them abreast of the economic progress of the state.
