Nahar Mills Ltd informs BSE about HC order

Mumbai, June 9: Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Punjab&Haryana vide its Order on May 17, this year, extended the time fixed by the Court to comply with the conditions imposed by the Court vide its Order on December 21, 2006.

With reference to the earlier announcement on December 27, 2006 regarding the Punjab&Haryana High Court at Chandigarh vide its Order on December 21, 2006 sanctioning the scheme of demerger and arrangement between the Company, Nahar Exports Ltd and Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd, a release here today said.

The said Order gave Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd six months time for obtaining registration from the Reserve Bank of India as Non Banking Finance Company and certificate of commencement of business, the release added.
