Serb repossession order ends in fatal shooting
BELGRADE, June 8 (Reuters) A man about to lose his house in a repossession case drew a gun and shot dead the judge and a lawyer in Serbia today, Radio B92 reported.
Ilija Danilov shot judge Zoran Cvetanovic three times and lawyer Petar Savanovic twice. He also wounded the clerk of the court in the northern town of Odzaci before surrendering to police.
Serbian Justice Minister Dusan Petrovic and Serbia Supreme Court president Vida Petrovic-Skero visited the scene, condemning the shooting and ordering tighter security in the country's courts.
