Dantewara DSP commits suicide

Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, June 8 (UNI) A senior police official today committed suicide in Dantewara district of Chhattisgarh, police said.

Dantewara Deputy Superintendent of Police (Special branch) Puneetram Thakur (45) hanged himself at his home.

Mr Thakur originally hailed from Manod village in Durg district.

The cause behind the suicide was not yet known.
