80 day padayatra to begin from June 11

Vijayawada, June 8 (UNI) Vijayawada Member of Parliament Lagadapati Rajagopal today announced that he would embark on a two-phase 'Pragati Purogati Yatra' in Vijayawada Parliamentary Constituency from June 11.

Talking to newspersons here, he said the 80 day padayatra would last upto November 14. The first phase would cover 59 divisions in 42 days in the vijayawada corporation limits, the second phase would cover 38 divisions in 19 mandals.

He said during the yatra he would interact with the people to solve their problems.

He said he would speak to the people over telephone for an hour in each mandal if he failed to meet all of them, for this a telephone number would be provided.
