Woman, paramour hang themselves

New Delhi, June 6 (UNI) A 24-year-old woman and her paramour allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves in Bawana area of North-West Delhi.

Seema, a nurse by profession and a mother of a 5-year-old son, allegedly hanged herself along with her 'friend' of several years Subhash (25) at his apartment in Bawana last night, said a senior police official.

Both had known each other since long but could not marry because of caste differences but were regularly in touch, according to sources.

In the suicide note they said they were ending their lives as they could not be together in this life and that they would now live together in heaven, while appealing that they be ''cremated together'' and at the same place.
