Two killed in road accident in Mandi

Mandi, Jun 6 (UNI) Two people were killed and three injured after their tractor, in which they were travelling, overturned at Maloh village in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh today, police sources said.

The accident occurred at Maloh village, about 32 km from here, in the district, the sources said.

While the driver, identified as Dimpal, died on the spot another person injured in the accident succumbed to his injuries on way to the Regional Hospital here.

Two others injured in the accident have been admitted to Civil Hospital at Sundernagar where the doctors described their condition stable, the sources said.

A case has been registered and investigations are on, they added.
