Two hacked to death in UP

Etah, June 6 (UNI) A woman and her daughter were hacked to death allegedly over a land dispute in Malavan area here.

The double murder occurred at Kagaraul village late yesterday, when three assailants attacked Anar Singh Yadav (85), Shakuntla (38) and Meena (18).

While, Shakuntala and Meena succumbed to their injuries, Anar survived with grievous wounds and was admitted to hospital.

Meanwhile, Pravesh alias Prem Singh and his son Sanjeev had been arrested in this regard, while another accused son Jai Dayal was absconding.
