Salora, Riverstone inks JV

New Delhi, June 6 (UNI) Salora International Ltd (SIL) today said it has formed a JV Company with Hong Kong-based Riverstone (HK).

The Joint Venture company will cater to the import and export of electronic goods, telecom, IT, hardware and software products to India and overseas market, said a statement.

SIL is a part of the Rs 1,500 crore Jiwarajka Group and its activities encompass a majority of the supply chain like manufacturing, distribution, logistics and service.
