Lashkar ultra, ogw arrested; hideout busted

Jammu, Jun 6 (UNI) Security Forces today arrested a hardcore Lashkar-E-Toiba (Let) militant and one Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) over ground worker (OGW) from separate places in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here.

Troops of 159 territorial army (TA) and Doda police, acting on a tip-off, arrested Mohammad Razzik of Lashkar-e-Toiba (ABU Jandal group) from cheera.

One hand grenade, two detonators, 53 ak rounds, two magazines, two plastic explosives and five sticks were recovered from the possession of the militant, the sources said.

In another incident, police apprehended one hm over ground worker Farooq Ahmed Waza son of Wazir Ahmed Waza resident of ABU Bukar mohallah in Kishtwar city who was providing food, shelter and logistic support to militants.

Security forces based on a specific information, from an arrested ultra chache at Sahuwala forest in general area Kalai. The forty under barrel gernade launcher (UBGL) 17 Chinese's made hand grenades, Chinese pistols, one revolver and one UNGL besides other areas and ammunition.
