Conspiracy charges against Bainsla

Jaipur, Jun 6 (UNI) Rajasthan police have filed an FIR against Gujjar leaders, including Col Kirori Singh Bainsla, for conspiracy during the quota agitation seeking ST status to the community.

Karauli police have filed an FIR in the Todabhim police station against Gujjar Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti Convenor Col Kirori Singh Bainsla for conspiracy under article 120 B of the Indian penal code while four others have been booked under various sections of IPC, including murder and conspiracy to murder.

Karauli Superintendent of Police Praful Kumar confirmed that Bainsla has been booked under 120 B of IPC for conspiracy.

Meanwhile, Gujjar leader Dr Roop Singh, while talking to UNI, alleged that the police has unleashed a reign of terror on the Gujjar youths and they were being beaten up publicly.
