Collision claims one

Purulia, June 6 (UNI) One person was killed after a train rammned into a lorry at an unmanned railway crossing at Taltoria, 36 km from Adra of Purulia in South Eastern Railways Adra division.

The helper of the lorry died on spot, while the driver of the train was injured. The lorry driver was absconding.

However, train services was not affected on the route, claimed Divisional Railway Manager of Adra Om Prakash Chaube.
