Aftek approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Mumbai, June 6: Aftek Ltd has informed BSE that the equity shareholders of the Company at its court-convened meeting held yesterday, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of C2 Silicon Software Solutions Pvt Ltd and Elven Micro Circuits Pvt Ltd with the Company and their respective shareholders with requisite majority.
