Two died, 20 injured in road accidents

Hajipur, Jun 05 (UNI) Altogether two people died and twenty injured in different road mishaps in Vaishali district today.

Police sources said one person died on the spot and at least twenty others sustained injury when a truck and jeep collided head-on near Anjanipur on Hajipur-Lalgunj route under town police station.

The injured were admitted to a local sadar hospital and the truck was taken into custody, sources added.

In another accident, a villager was run over by a speeding tractor under Mahua police station in the district.
