Subex Azure wins order from Bahamas Telecom

Bangalore, June 5: Subex Azure Limited, a leading global provider of OSS solutions for telecom operators, today announced that The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited (BTC) has selected its Nikira, Moneta and Concilia revenue maximization products to improve its financial performance.

Subex Azure's products would proactively monitor BTC's wireless and wireline networks to reduce potential fraud activity and revenue leakage, enhance customer service and improve inter-carrier settlements the company said in a release here.

BTC was one of the largest telecom operators in the Caribbean with in excess of 200,000 wireless customers. The company operated on the world standard GSM technology platform. BTC chose Subex Azure's industry leading revenue maximization tools to build out a fully integrated programme that would address the increased threat of leakage and fraud that persists among global wireless operators. BTC also would improve its inter-carrier settlements with the Concilia solution.
