16 units sealed by MCD in three zones

New Delhi, May 25 (UNI) Continuing its drive to seal commercial units operating in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan, the MCD today put to seal 16 units in three zones of the city.

Six commercial units were sealed in Krishna Kunj Extension of Shahdara (South), and five in Jasola, Shaheen Bagh and Mathura Road in Central zone and another five in Kabir Basu Road in Civil Lines.

Action could not be carried out in Shahdara's North, Rohini, South and West zones due to non-availabilty of staff.

With today's sealing, the number of units put to seal since the drive began on March 28 reached 2002.
