Warrant for speedy trial in BJP leader murder case

Patna, Jun 4 (UNI) A local sessions court today issued production warrant against accused Sarwan Yadav for speedy trial in BJP leader Satyanarayan Sinha's murder case.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Radhe Shyam Prasad passed this order on the prayer of Anil Kumar Sinha, the special public prosecutor.

Mr Sinha, husband of sitting MLA of Danapur Assembly, was murdered at Sarari village under the same police station on April 30, 2003.

Mukhiya of Kothawan panchayat, Rit Lal Yadav, former deputy chairman of Khagaul Municipality Sunil Yadav, Ranjan Yadav and Sarwan Yadav were also facing trial in connection with the case.
