Vatika group launches its first business centre in Pune

Pune Jun 4 (UNI) Vatika Group, the leading real estate and Hospitality Company of North India, today announced its expansion plans, with the launch of its first Business Centre, in the upcoming IT City Pune.

While briefing mediapersons here, Vatika Group Marketing and Operations Gaurav Bhalla said the launch marks the company's plans for expanding across India and the group will be announcing more such projects in the near future. Close on to the heels of this launch, the group plans to launch another such business centre in Hyderabad.

Elaborating further Mr. Bhalla said, ''With India's fast pace movement towards being largest global economy; India needs to be equipped with the technological infrastructure to support the pace''.

''With immense demand for such infrastructure in India, we seek to be the first movers in this realty segment and lead Infrastructure in India to the higher levels'' he added.

Vatika Business Centre, Pune, occupies 32,000 square feet of area, encompassing the entire fifth floor of Tower C of Panchshil Tech Park One, Yerawada, Pune. The business centre offers 323 seaters in various combinations ranging from single seater to 20 seaters and 10 meeting rooms and a conference room.

Each of the suites at the Vatika Business Centre are tastefully furnished and are equipped with high-speed Internet access and DID phone extensions with call forwarding&voicemail and remote retrieval on a 24 x 7 basis, Bhalla pointed out.

These Executive Suites are available for a licensee fee. The Vatika Business Centre provides its user the flexibility to choose space and tenure period based on their requirements. From one day to 11 months tenure, from an Executive Cabin to a multiple seater suite, the client can choose the suite to suit. Moreover, Vatika extends the option to upsize or downsize the suite depending on business requirements at any point of time, he added Comprehending the similar potential and demand in Hyderabad, Vatika Group has planned to come up with a similar Business Centre in Hyderabad after Pune. The property in Hyderabad occupies 24,000 square feet of area, encompassing the entire second floor of NSL Icon, Banjara Road, Hyderabad. The business centre would offer 257 seaters in various combinations, ranging from single seater to 20 seaters and 9 meeting rooms and a conference room, Bhalla added.
