UNI Employees' Union elects new office bearers

Kochi, June 4 (UNI) The 34th Annual General Body Meeting of the Kerala UNI Employees' Union here unanimoulsy elected V Sasidharan Nair and P Gopalakrishnan as President and General Secretary, respectively on May 31.

K G Baby was elected Vice President while M D Satheesan was elected Joint Secretary and Alfred D'Cunha became treasurer.

A six-member executive committee comprising K R G Krishnan, K Padmanabhan, C G Vasan, C Jayadevan, O A Andrews and C Gopalan was constituted in the meeting. T S Mathew was the internal auditor.

A Ramachandran, the long-serving President of the Union who retired from service on the same day, was given a farewell party in the meeting.
