Silver up while Gold steady

Mumbai, Jun 4 (UNI) Silver moved up slightly while gold remained steady in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said today.

Following are the closing rates of silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 18,855 (18,845), Gold (per 10 gm) Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,840 (8,840), Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 8,890 (8,890).
