Pb Govt. to move supreme court in Amrinder case
Chandigarh Jun 5 (UNI) The Punjab Government has decided to challenge in the supreme court the interim anticipatory bail granted by the high court here to former punjab chief minister captain Amarinder Singh, ex minister Jagjit singh Chaudhry, Bharat Inder Singh Chahal and all those who were given this concession.
An official spokesman here today said that this was being done on the instruction of the state Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal because the bail decision of the high court was hampering the investigation in connection with multi-crore scam of city centre project of ludhiana imporvement trust the construction of which has been awarded to today homes, new delhi based company.
