Parsvnath targets 600 cr revenues from 'Exotica'

New Delhi, June 4: Real estate major Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it expects revenues worth Rs 600 crore in the next three years from air-conditioned luxury project 'Parsvnath Exotica' launched in Ghaziabad last week.

Exotica a luxury condominium spread over 32 acres has a total saleable area of about 19 lakh square feet, with about 75 per cent of the open area dedicated to green lands, water body and parks.

The project would be ready for occupancy in the next three years, Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain said.

Exotica will have 858 ultra-modern multi-storeyed condominiums ranging from 10-13 storey offering three-bedroom, four-bedroom and five-bedroom apartments.
