One police killed, 8 injured in accident

Mathura, June 4 (UNI) At least one police personnel was killed and eight others were severly injured in a tractor-vajra (anti-riot vehicle) collision here today.

The accident took place in Sadar area, when police were going on an anti-riot vehicle for their duty at Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi.

Wherein, the vehicle they were travelling in collided head on with a tractor, killing Susheela (45) on the spot, police said.

The injured have been admitted to hospital.
