Hot spell continues in Bihar
Patna, June 04 (UNI) Patna and its neighbourhood today witnessed yet another hot day with scorching sun,as mercury remained at 38.3 degrees Celsius.
Sources at the local MET office said here that todays maximum temperature in the capital was recorded at 38.3 degrees Celsius,while the minimum was 27.4 degrees Celsius.The maximum temperature was at 40 degrees Celsius yesterday.
Humidity level was recorded 48 per cent for the day.
Though the mercury remained a bit lower as compared to that of yesterday, there was no respite from sweltering heat, sources added.
MET office predicted that the sky would remain clear for the next 24 hours and the mercury was expected to remain more or less constant.
