Gujarat Gas approves issue of 43,104,855 share certificates

Mumbai, June 4 (UNI) Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the company, at its meeting held on June 2, has approved issue of share certificates for 43,104,855 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid-up in cancellation of the present share certificates of 8,620,971 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.

This is in pursuance of the approval accorded by the shareholders at the 27th annual general meeting of the company held on April 30 for sub-division of equity shares.
